The Shelter Shack

If they could talk…would you listen? I think most of us wish our pets could talk to us, but unfortunately they cannot. Therefore we have to speak for them. To that end we thought we’d give a voice to our pets on this blog. We will follow the lives of 3 wonderful pets, and from time to time we’ll hear from some of their friends.

We will cover various pet related issues that will hopefully help you, our reader, understand your own pet a little bit better, and the plight of the countless other pets still looking for a home. The more you understand, the better you will be able to foster a lasting relationship with your pet. That lasting relationship will mean preventing one less pet from landing back into the overcrowded shelter system…which is the ultimate goal of The Shelter Shack.
